What are Draft Resolutions?
The end goal of most councils is to pass a resolution, a document that lists the solutions to tackle the debated issues that the council supports.
Before a resolution is a resolution, it is known as a draft resolution. Draft resolutions are voted upon by the council before becoming a resolution.
Because different delegates have different intentions and goals, there are often multiple draft resolutions to be voted on.
