Conflicts of Interest
The Dais (and for that matter, the entire Secretariat) must declare any conflicts of interest when deciding award recipients in the council.
Before the conference ends, it is not advisable for delegates to interact with the Dais outside of council matters. For example, if you are friends with any of the chairs, you are not supposed to have friendly conversations with them.
In practice, this is sometimes not followed — and, to be honest, MUNs are really not that deep. Just read the room.
